In a Paris different from the one we know, an underground insurrection challenges police dictatorship. This underground society, defined by race and matriarchy, is the result of a social unrest bloodily crushed fifteen years earlier. Amongst it all, two wild boys in love engage in a quest for freedom, trying to escape imposed destiny.
